How does the escrow mechanism work?
For every order, funds are deposited with a neutral third-party escrow provider. Funds are released only upon confirmed delivery and buyer quality verification. For first-time buyers this is mandatory; established clients may access direct invoice terms after two completed escrow orders.
Can you source products not listed on your site?

How long does a typical order take?
